* Create an environment - space to be tranquil - your special space - or within nature
* Breathing Abdominally - learning to breathe deeply is the most important skill to develop for inner peace, and to focus your mind ready for practicing Qigong.
This stage is all about releasing tension held in the body, area by area, muscle by muscle, which begins with full body awareness, through warm up movements and a gentle visualisation, stretching and releasing with the focus on breathing.
Allowing - through being mindfully and Intentionally aware of control of the heart and mind which comes with dedicated practice —while in the “Qigong Mode”
